Vertical Child Resistant Sliding Tin

It's regular slide child resistant tin case that the structure is slots matched notches style. There is no technology barrier for this CR structure. This taller child resistant sliding tin is designed for tablets, carts or single pack pre-rolls. For this high height, it will meet the printing problem - lighter color on corner under stretching process. Usually, light colors series or using import ink will reduce the risk of color difference on corner. In order to reduce the packing working we will pack tins by half opening style so that customers needn't to open tins one by one and then pack products in tins.

this child resistant sliding tin belongs to Gen3 version that two notches on tin bottom matches two slots on lid. Unlike the thicker tinplate material for 96x60 slide tin, this taller and narrow slide tin needs thinner tinplate so that child resistant lock could be opened easily.

For this taller slide tin case, it's better to print light artwork on corner or using import ink on corner so that no more color difference on corner. Usually, most of customers apply prinitng on outside and inside to show the high-end of tins.

The inside tin 105x20mm is designed for mints, tablets, carts or pre-rolls. Usually, it matches clamshell for tablets, paper insert for pre-rolls or carts. Except for these application, it could be applied to pack mints or pills because of this portable shape.
