Most customers choose foam pad because it could be printed and cheaper. Unlike the hidden CR lock of Gen2 tin version, the child proof lock of Gen1 CR tin will be obvious. It’s inverse structure – rolled outside lid and bottom. Child proof hinged tin, metal holder, metal insert, silicone gasket consists of airtight CR tin that could pack hot joint or burning pre-rolls. For the structure of Gen1 CR tin, the unit cost will be lower than Gen2 under the same printing and quantity.
New trapezoid child proof tin 102x72x18mm: the simply two-pieces CR tin structure with foam pad or silicone gasket forms this sealed CR tin. Unlike Gen1 and Gen2 tin version, the cost of this trapezoid CR tin will be cheaper. Sometimes, joints or pre-rolls will be dropped easily because two sides could be opened easily and no fixed hinged area to hold tin. Usually, it applies tin and silicone for airtight condition to pack hot half joint or pre-rolls. For this trapezoid CR tin, it’s not released yet.
These airtight child resistant tins could be stock container for joints or pre-rolls.
