Cannabis business has been developing so many years that the profit has been reducing continuously under fierce competition. There are many packaging options for customers like mylar bag, plastic box, paper box, glass box, tin boxes. As a high-end or famous brand, they would like tin box packaging because of the hard material, customized printing, unique shape, exquisite appearance. Some brands have been reducing the quantity of their tin box packaging or transfer tin box to mylar bag because of the higher cost for tin packaging. Are there any certified child resistant tins with affordable cost? CR Tin developed a child resistant tin system that the child resistant lock applied the original material without accessories could reduce the cost sharply.
Certified hinged child resistant tin box 2.5”x1.77”, 3.15”x2.36”, 3.95”x2.36”, 4.75”x2.36”: this child resistant tin version was developed in 2018 that served various famous brands many years. It’s rolled outside edge for lid and bottom with two slots on lid to form a stable child resistant mechanism. The simple structure and no accessory tin version could defeat all packaging competitors. It means this tin version could be finished with few processes and automatic line machine to reduce more labor cost, few tinplate materials to save the cost. This child resistant tin could be upgraded to airtight tin if adding metal holder and foam pad.
Certified slide child resistant tin case 3.11”x2.12”, 3.78”x2.36”, 4.49”x2.9”: it’s child resistant widespread sliding tin version in the market, but CR Tin improved the technical and used new material to keep the quality and reduce the cost. The T2 elastic tinplate is applied to this slide tin case to ensure buttons on tin body could be recovered after pressing. The airtight slide tin version needs to add clamshell or PS matched foil covering.
Certified round child proof tin box diameter 3” and height 1”: it’s made up of two pieces – lid and bottom. Comparing four-pieces screw child proof tin or plastic inside with tin outside, the cost of this tin will be cheapest. It applies mortise-tenon joint structure to form a new child proof lock that lid turns to pointing area to open this tin. It needs to add a silicone gasket in lid to keep this tin airtight.
Certified standup child resistant hinged tin 3”x2.15”: it’s designed for mints packaging. It’s three-pieces structure. After improving the mold, this tin case could apply T2 tinplate directly that could support enough elasticity for CR lock and the cost could be reduced sharply. This child resistant tin could be upgraded to airtight version if adding plastic holder and foam pad.
